Student ID Card
Each student is given a card. These cards are personal to the student and are assigned an ID loaded into our software. When a student swipes their card upon entering or exiting, the system records the time they entered or exited. This is the most important part of tracking students systemically.
SMS Notification
We send information to parents via SMS. If a student arrives late to school outside of the hours specified by the school, or if they do not come to school, we send an information message to their parents.
We Track
We provide support to the school administration to track students who leave school at untimely hours and students who drop out of school. Whether the student swipes their card or not, it is recorded in the database. The school administration can check whether the student has entered the school or not.
