Let's not forget the 14 rules announced by the Turkish Ministry of Health!

Take care of your health and the health of your family during these weeks. • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. • Maintain a distance of at least 3-4 steps from people showing symptoms of a cold. • Cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue when coughing or sneezing. If you don't have a tissue, use the inside of your elbow. • Avoid close contact such as shaking hands and hugging. • Do not touch your eyes, mouth, and nose with your hands. • Cancel or postpone your international travel. • Spend the first 14 days at home after returning from abroad. • Ventilate your surroundings frequently. • Wash your clothes at 60-90°C with normal detergent. • Clean frequently used surfaces such as doorknobs, faucets, and sinks daily with water and detergent. • If you have cold symptoms, avoid contact with the elderly and those with chronic illnesses, and do not go outside without wearing a mask. • Do not share personal items such as towels. • Drink plenty of fluids, eat a balanced diet, and pay attention to your sleep schedule. • If you have a persistent fever, cough, and shortness of breath, go to a healthcare facility wearing a mask.
